Martynas Stankevičius

CEO

Before joining “Röntgen” Martynas worked as a business development manager in the financial and energy sectors at a private equity fund Žabolis Partners and Lietuvos Energija - one of the largest energy companies in the Baltics. Martynas also holds Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.

Greta Zarembienė

Partner & Head of Investor Relations

Bachelor of Science in International Business and Communication at ISM University of Management and Economics. In 2016 Greta started an internship program at Headquarter Toyota (Japan) and was exploring and evaluating the innovativeness level of the company. Before joining “Röntgen”, Greta also worked as business development associate at Nordgain, a part of Lewben Group, which provides FAO services.

Linas Astrauskas

CTO

Bachelor of Informatics, Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. Got nice background from VĮ "GIS-Centras", UAB "Euroapotheca" companies and some other private projects too. From 2022 is responsible for the entire IT-related kitchen of the “Röntgen” investment platform.

Natalja Kozikienė

Head of Financing

Before joining “Röntgen” team, Natalja worked in different banks' business loan units in various positions: as a Large RE corporates Client Excutive at SEB, Senior Economist at Bank of Lithuania, Head of Business Loans Unit at Bigbank AS Lithuanian branch.

Laura Lydekaitytė

Operations and Product Manager

Before joining “Röntgen” team, Laura worked in the large corporate business department at AB Swedbank, where she gained experience in communicating with well-known companies in Lithuania and abroad. She also worked for international telecommunications companies AB Omnitel and UAB Bitė Lietuva before starting her career in the financial sector.

Anastasija Babenko

Junior Financing Manager

Prieš tapdama “Röntgen” komandos dalimi, Anastasija dirbo UAB Paysera LT klientų aptarnavimo departamente, kuriame įgijo patirties bendraudama su esamais įmonės verslo klientais iš Lietuvos ir kitų pasaulio šalių. Taip pat ji buvo atsakinga už el. komercijos projektų administravimą bei klientų konsultavimą finansinių paslaugų srityse

Kornelija Jonuškaitė

Investor Relations Manager

After obtaining a Master of Laws at Vilnius University, Kornelija worked as an adviser to a member of Parliament for several years, where she delved into the intricacies of legislation and politics. Before joining the “Röntgen” team, she gained experience in the transport sector, working with various state institutions, international organizations and projects.

Ieva Markauskaitė

Junior Operations Specialist

After graduating from ISM University of Management and Economics with a Bachelor‘s degree in International Business and Communication program, Ieva joined the “Röntgen” team in 2024. Prior to this, she completed an internship at “Oxylabs” in the HR talent acquisition and employee development teams, and worked as a product operations specialist at “Western Union” bank during the first year of university. These experiences have provided her with a wide range of skills. She is excited to use them and to add value to “Röntgen” by using her creativity, improving processes and continuously enhancing the quality of the website from the user's perspective.

Dovilė Baranauskienė

AML Specialist

Before joining “Röntgen”, Dovilė was gaining AML experience by working as an AML specialist in Danske bank Lithuania, where she was performing quality control task for new Danish and Norwegian business customers. Later, she was working as a senior AML officer in mobile payments’ company - MobilePay (later Vipps MobilePay) where she was performing Onboarding and ODD tasks for new and existing Danish and Finnish business customers and was responsible for quality control task for private and business customers.

Mykolas Sanda

Software Developer

Mykolas has already gained significant experience in the technology sector, having worked as a programmer at ”ProIT”, where he developed and improved government projects. He also studied at the Cognizant DevBridge programming academy, where he mastered important programming fundamentals and principles. As a computer engineering student, he consistently engages with technology, continuously seeks new challenges, and enjoys creating unique projects in his free time.

Markas Liutika

Assistant to the Head of Financing

Before joining the “Röntgen” team, Markas spent a year working in audit at KPMG, where he gained experience in finance and audit. He is also currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Economics at Vilnius University.

Justina Juršytė

CMO

Justina joined “Röntgen” with extensive experience in real estate. She worked as a Head of Communications at “Darnu Group” and the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association and the Built World innovation platform in Germany. She studied communication and marketing in Vilnius and Copenhagen.

Rasa Beiniūtė

Investor Relations Manager

Rasa has been working in the field of new car sales for more than 10 years with some of the most luxurious brands such as Porsche, BMW, MINI and has accumulated extensive experience in customer service, sales and marketing. She also worked for several years in the lobbying firm “Vento Nuovo”, which provides interest representation services, and has experience in representing interests in the legislative process.
