Prior to joining Röntgen, Martynas worked in various business development roles at Žabolis Partners, a private equity fund, and at Lietuvos Energija Group, one of the largest energy companies in the Baltics. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga University

Greta Zarembienė

COO

Greta graduated from ISM University of Management and Economics with a bachelor's degree in International Business and Communication. In 2016, she completed an internship at Toyota in Nagoya, Japan, where she gained insight into innovation and technology development. Before joining Röntgen, Greta also worked at Nordgain, a financial management services company belonging to the Lewben Group. After four years at Röntgen, Greta became a partner in the company.

Linas Astrauskas

Senior PHP Developer

Bachelor of Computer Science from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. Linas has experience in GIS-Centras, Euroapotheca UAB and various projects. Since 2022 he is responsible for the entire IT-related kitchen of Röntgen's investment platform.

Natalja Kozikienė

Head of Financing

Prior to joining Röntgen, Natalja worked in various positions in the field of corporate lending - Project Manager at SEB Bank, Chief Economist at Bank of Lithuania, Head of Corporate Lending at Bigbank AS Lithuania.

Laura Lydekaitytė

Operations and Product Manager

Before joining Röntgen team, Laura worked in the large corporate business department at AB Swedbank, where she gained experience in communicating with well-known companies in Lithuania and abroad. She also worked for international telecommunications companies AB Omnitel and UAB Bitė Lietuva before starting her career in the financial sector.

Anastasija Babenko

Financing Manager

Before becoming a part of the “Röntgen” team, Anastasija worked in the customer service department at UAB Paysera LT, where she gained experience in communicating with well-known business companies in Lithuania and abroad. She was also responsible for e-commercial projects administration and clients consulting about the financial market.

Kornelija Jonuškaitė

Investor Relations Manager

After graduating from Vilnius University with a Master's degree in Law, Kornelija worked for several years as an advisor to a Member of the Parliament, where she learned the intricacies of lawmaking and politics. Prior to joining Röntgen, Kornelija gained experience in the transport sector, working with various governmental institutions and international organisations.

Ieva Markauskaitė

Junior Product Owner

After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Communication from ISM University of Management and Economics in 2024, Ieva joined the Röntgen team. Prior to that, she interned at Oxylabs in the HR Talent Acquisition and Employee Learning and Development teams. During her first year of studies she worked as a Product Operations Specialist at Western Union Bank. The experience has given her a wide range of skills and she is excited to use them to create value at Röntgen by contributing her creativity, process improvement and continuous improvement of the website from the user's side.

Markas Liutika

Junior Analyst

Prior to joining Röntgen, Mark worked in the audit department of KPMG UAB, where he gained experience in finance and audit. He is also currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Vilnius University.

Rasa Beiniūtė

Head of Investor Relations

Rasa has worked in new car sales for over 10 years with some of the most luxurious brands such as Porsche, BMW, MINI and has extensive experience in customer service, sales and marketing. She has also worked for several years at Vento Nuovo, a lobbying firm, and has experience in representing interests in legislative processes.

Kristijonas Balčiūnas

Project Manager

Kristijonas joined Röntgen with extensive experience in real estate and banking. Previously, he worked at SEB and Swedbank, was responsible for real estate financing at the Italian bank PayRay, and prior to that he spent more than a decade leading real estate development companies.

Lukas Alijošius

Head of Business Development

Lukas joined Röntgen from one of the largest US banks - Citi, before which he spent 5 years acquiring business development experience at one of the largest European loans and investments platform Mintos, where he was responsible for the global partnerships development from Mexico to Indonesia. He also holds a BSc in Economics & Business from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.

Linas Jusys

Tech Lead

After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Vilnius College and a degree in Information Technology Project Management from Erhvervsakademi Dania University in Denmark, Linas gained more than 12 years of experience in companies such as Hostinger International, Genius Sports, Teamgate Sales CRM and Ironwall by Incogni (Surfshark). During his career he has specialised in backend engineering, worked on complex system integrations and managed software projects. Since 2025, May has been responsible for the full range of Röntgen's IT services and the smooth management of operations as head of the IT team.
