Laura Lydekaitytė
Operations and Product Manager
Before joining Röntgen team, Laura worked in the large corporate business department at AB Swedbank, where she gained experience in communicating with well-known companies in Lithuania and abroad. She also worked for international telecommunications companies AB Omnitel and UAB Bitė Lietuva before starting her career in the financial sector.
Anastasija Babenko
Financing Manager
Before becoming a part of the “Röntgen” team, Anastasija worked in the customer service department at UAB Paysera LT, where she gained experience in communicating with well-known business companies in Lithuania and abroad. She was also responsible for e-commercial projects administration and clients consulting about the financial market.
Kornelija Jonuškaitė
Investor Relations Manager
After graduating from Vilnius University with a Master's degree in Law, Kornelija worked for several years as an advisor to a Member of the Parliament, where she learned the intricacies of lawmaking and politics. Prior to joining Röntgen, Kornelija gained experience in the transport sector, working with various governmental institutions and international organisations.
Ieva Markauskaitė
Junior Operations Specialist
After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Communication from ISM University of Management and Economics in 2024, Ieva joined the Röntgen team. Prior to that, she interned at Oxylabs in the HR Talent Acquisition and Employee Learning and Development teams. During her first year of studies she worked as a Product Operations Specialist at Western Union Bank. The experience has given her a wide range of skills and she is excited to use them to create value at Röntgen by contributing her creativity, process improvement and continuous improvement of the website from the user's side.
Mykolas Sanda
Software Developer
Mykolas has already gained significant experience in the information technology sector, having worked as a programmer at ProIT, where he developed and refined government projects. He has also studied at the Cognizant DevBridge Programming Academy and is continuing his studies in IT Engineering.
Justina Juršytė
CMO
Justina joined “Röntgen” with extensive experience in real estate. She worked as a Head of Communications at “Darnu Group” and the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association and the Built World innovation platform in Germany. She studied communication and marketing in Vilnius and Copenhagen.
Rasa Beiniūtė
Investor Relations Manager
Rasa has worked in new car sales for over 10 years with some of the most luxurious brands such as Porsche, BMW, MINI and has extensive experience in customer service, sales and marketing. She has also worked for several years at Vento Nuovo, a lobbying firm, and has experience in representing interests in legislative processes.
Kristijonas Balčiūnas
Project Manager
Kristijonas joined Röntgen with extensive experience in real estate and banking. Previously, he worked at SEB and Swedbank, was responsible for real estate financing at the Italian bank PayRay, and prior to that he spent more than a decade leading real estate development companies.
