Prior to joining Röntgen, Martynas worked in various business development roles at Žabolis Partners, a private equity fund, and at Lietuvos Energija Group, one of the largest energy companies in the Baltics. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga University

Greta Zarembienė

COO

Greta graduated from ISM University of Management and Economics with a bachelor's degree in International Business and Communication. In 2016, she completed an internship at Toyota in Nagoya, Japan, where she gained insight into innovation and technology development. Before joining Röntgen, Greta also worked at Nordgain, a financial management services company belonging to the Lewben Group. After four years at Röntgen, Greta became a partner in the company.

Linas Astrauskas

Senior PHP Developer

Bachelor of Computer Science from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. Linas has experience in GIS-Centras, Euroapotheca UAB and various projects. Since 2022 he is responsible for the entire IT-related kitchen of Röntgen's investment platform.

Anastasija Babenko

Financing Manager

Before becoming a part of the “Röntgen” team, Anastasija worked in the customer service department at UAB Paysera LT, where she gained experience in communicating with well-known business companies in Lithuania and abroad. She was also responsible for e-commercial projects administration and clients consulting about the financial market.

Kornelija Jonuškaitė

Investor Relations Manager

After graduating from Vilnius University with a Master's degree in Law, Kornelija worked for several years as an advisor to a Member of the Parliament, where she learned the intricacies of lawmaking and politics. Prior to joining Röntgen, Kornelija gained experience in the transport sector, working with various governmental institutions and international organisations.

Ieva Markauskaitė

Junior Product Owner

After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Communication from ISM University of Management and Economics in 2024, Ieva joined the Röntgen team. Prior to that, she interned at Oxylabs in the HR Talent Acquisition and Employee Learning and Development teams. During her first year of studies she worked as a Product Operations Specialist at Western Union Bank. The experience has given her a wide range of skills and she is excited to use them to create value at Röntgen by contributing her creativity, process improvement and continuous improvement of the website from the user's side.

Rasa Beiniūtė

Head of Investor Relations

Rasa has worked in new car sales for over 10 years with some of the most luxurious brands such as Porsche, BMW, MINI and has extensive experience in customer service, sales and marketing. She has also worked for several years at Vento Nuovo, a lobbying firm, and has experience in representing interests in legislative processes.

Kristijonas Sendrauskas

CTO

A systems architect with over 10 years of experience , Kristijonas was instrumental in the origins of Röntgen, designing and implementing the platform’s initial architecture. Throughout his career, he has scaled products from early-stage MVPs to systems serving hundreds of thousands of active users. His expertise lies in delivering complex technical solutions by aligning architectural vision with business and product development goals.

Kristijonas Balčiūnas

Project Manager

Kristijonas joined Röntgen with extensive experience in real estate and banking. Previously, he worked at SEB and Swedbank, was responsible for real estate financing at the Italian bank PayRay, and prior to that he spent more than a decade leading real estate development companies.

Paulius Maslauskas

Junior PHP Developer

Began his IT career at Memby, working with software testing and front-end solutions, gaining an early understanding of the product development lifecycle. Later, Paulius specialized in backend system development and improvement, working with PHP Laravel. Has experience in fast-paced startup environments, where reliable solutions and a clear focus on product value are essential. Since September 2025, as a Junior Developer, contributes to full-stack solutions within the Röntgen team and works closely with the product team.

Simonas Lyvas

CMO

Simonas has accumulated 15 years of experience working with leading Lithuanian real estate development companies and international brands. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and a Master’s degree in International Communication from Vilnius University.

Aurelija Medeikaitė

AML Compliance Officer

Holding a Master’s degree in Law from Vilnius University, Aurelija began her professional career at the peer-to-peer lending and crowdfunding platform SAVY, where she worked as a laywer. During this time, she gained experience in debt recovery processes and anti money laundering prevention. Today, Aurelija is responsible for ensuring AML compliance, risk management, and the implementation of internal control standards within the company.

Gytis Gelažauskas

Financing Assistant / Analyst

Gytis is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in data analytics at VILNIUS TECH university. Before joining the „Röntgen“ team, he worked as a cost estimator in the construction sector, where he gained experience contributing to various real estate development projects.

Kristina Kairytė-Pyplienė

Head of Financing

Before joining Röntgen, Kristina had accumulated about 20 years of experience in banking and investments. She began her career at Nordea Bank, where she worked in business financing and with international and domestic capital clients. Later, at Orion Securities, she worked as an investment advisor, building and managing investment portfolios for private clients based on their risk profiles and goals. For the past 5 years, she has worked in Swedbank’s Real Estate and Energy Client Division, working with large corporate groups, including the Ignitis Group and EPSO-G. Kristina holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from Kaunas University of Technology and is a licensed investment advisor with the BFAA.

Tautvydas Seibutis

Investor Relations Representative

Prior to joining Röntgen, Tautvydas spent five years in pharmaceutical wholesale industry, where he was responsible for commercial operations, supply management, development and oversight of strategic partnerships with trading partners and clients across the Baltic region. Tautvydas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Politics from ISM University of Management and Economics, as well as a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering with a specialization in Investment Management.
